IT Support Engineer

Full-time

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support requests from users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Document and track technical support requests in a ticketing system
  • Provide training and support to users on computer systems and software applications
  • Participate in the deployment of new hardware and software systems
  • Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
    • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware and software installation, and network troubleshooting
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT solutions and services to clients in various industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through proactive sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand clients’ business needs and recommend IT solutions that meet those needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to demonstrate the value of our service.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to establish strong, long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to better position our IT solutions in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions and services to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness and position the company as a leading provider of IT services.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Create and manage content for a variety of channels including email, social media, website, and events
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and build brand awareness
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to expand the company’s reach and visibility
  • Manage the company’s marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on B2B technology services
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content for a variety of channels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, is a plus
  • Previous experience in the IT services industry is highly preferred
