I can't say enough good things about Rapid IT, especially Nicole Choi. I had a highly complex, unusual email issue that even multiple customer service reps (from the provider) couldn't solve. Nicole never gave up. She spent hours over several days troubleshooting and ultimately cracked the problem. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also a pleasure to work with....always keeping me updated and communicating clearly from start to finish.
