ROLE OVERVIEW
Job type: Full-time role
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits: Paid time off
Experience level: 1 year
Schedule: 8 hour shifts – Monday to Friday – Weekends as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A can-do attitude and a readiness to learn—the perfect candidate is someone who’s as excited about delighting customers as we are!
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting to end customers.
- 1 Year of experience working on operating systems and an understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills—because you’ll not only be tackling tech but also explaining it to those less versed.
- Ability to think on your feet and a problem-solving mindset. Challenges? You’ll meet them head-on with a smile!
nice to HAVES:
- CompTIA A+ Certification or any certs from CompTIA
- Experience working in a help desk or technical support role.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools for providing remote assistance.
MUST HAVES:

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
