ROLE OVERVIEW

Job type: Full-time role
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits: Paid time off
Experience level: 1 year
Schedule: 8 hour shifts – Monday to Friday – Weekends as needed
Experience: Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Boca Raton, FL 33487 (Required)
Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
Work Location: In person

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A can-do attitude and a readiness to learn—the perfect candidate is someone who’s as excited about delighting customers as we are!
  • Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting to end customers.
  • 1 Year of experience working on operating systems and an understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills—because you’ll not only be tackling tech but also explaining it to those less versed.
  • Ability to think on your feet and a problem-solving mindset. Challenges? You’ll meet them head-on with a smile!

nice to HAVES:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification or any certs from CompTIA
  • Experience working in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools for providing remote assistance.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
